Justin G. Berube, Founding Partner

After graduating from Brigham Young University and obtaining his law degree in 2011, Justin focused his law practice on insurance defense in personal injury cases.

In 2013, Justin joined Cragun Law Firm and shifted his practice to focus on domestic litigation, trial advocacy, and high conflict divorce. Justin thrived in the family law division, earning the reputation of being an attorney who is willing to "go to bat" for his clients and who is capable of obtaining great results on behalf of his clients.

In 2019, Justin became a partner at Cragun Berube, P.C.

In 2021, Justin took on the role of Managing Partner of Cragun Berube, P.C. and helped to expand the services offered by the firm to include a personal injury division by joining with Steve Farr and becoming Farr, Cragun & Berube, P.C. Justin's prior experience representing insurance companies has proven invaluable in Justin's ability to obtain the best possible outcomes for his personal injury clients.

In addition to personal injury and family law, Justin has extensive experience representing a spectrum of local businesses, both large and small, and resolving civil claims and contract disputes. Justin has spent hundreds of hours in court advocating for his clients and has successfully secured numerous favorable rulings in trial when mediation and settlement efforts proved unworkable.

In 2014, the National Trial Lawyers' Association nominated Justin as one of the "Top 40 under 40" attorneys in Utah. In 2016, the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys recognized Justin as one of the "Top 10 Under 40" family law attorneys in the nation. In 2019, Marquis recognized Justin as one of their "Who's Who" in the Legal Field.
